By physically combining items that do not naturally go together, these photographs attempt to distort the viewer’s traditional perception of everyday objects. These images aim to create a space for the audience to abandon deep thought, and focus on the seemingly mundane. Tableaux of unexpected combinations, odd contexts, and random vibrant elements work to hypnotize, 
confuse and confound while also referencing on the lull of scrolling social media feeds that dominate culture for many today. I use photography to conglomerate things that are not normally found together, to serve as a quirky glue keeping the audience fixated on an image that, at first glance, is quite simplistic.
